Kevin has been and continues to be honest in his approach to music. His music is much more deep than Toby's or Taits and I believe a lot more real. He has put his struggles, trials and faith on the line. I believe he has also been the only one of the three to make an effort to reach unchurched people or people of other faiths. Instead of recording "vanilla fluff" he writes insiteful lyrics, words that challange, not just another "God is so good" song or "whoopsie daisy" hip hop/rap lyric. I firmly believe with Kevin ,it's more about the music than the almighty dollar. While his music may not fit as nice into the CCM/BOX/MOLD it has substance, something 95% of CCM does not have.
