Ready for the week

Well, another week of challenges ahead, but looking forward to it. Spent the weekend in Garden City, SC w/ my family, at the invitation of our neighbors. Quite fun, and somewhat relaxing. Got to play my guitar on the beach on Sunday AM, and have a little worship time on the beach. Cori was somewhat embarrased, but soon started singing. It was fun.

Got home and took a long walk w/ our dog. It was good, after sitting in the car for so long.

Off to read “Living Grace” by Wayne Barber, given to me by my good friend, Gary Aldridge. Take care everyone.

Blog conviction

I am blessed to have many web savvy friends, who are regular contributors to their blogs. I enjoy reading and hearing what is happening in their lives, and it’s a great way to keep up.

Sadly, I’ve been falling under “blog conviction”, which is when you haven’t posted for over a month, and have no good excuse. And, all of your other web friends are keeping up, so why can’t you?

So, here’s to guys like Steve Knight, Nick Ciske, and Bob Souer, who, without manipulation or guilt, have helped me to break thru my blog conviction, and post now.

There you have it. Don’t wait for the film at 11.
